Our referral commissions do not influence our editorial findings. A property that scores poorly in our assessment will not receive a better score because we have a referral arrangement with the developer. Our credibility with readers depends on this independence, and we protect it.

We are not responsible for any transaction, agreement, or outcome arising from an introduction made through our platform. Any purchase decision is solely between you and the developer or seller.

6. Intellectual Property
